Dead Fish, Brain Activity, and Multiple Comparisons Correction

Fish fmri A hat tip goes to both the Neuroskeptic and Prefrontal.org for bringing this interesting poster presentation by Craig Bennett, Abigail Baird, Mike Miller, and George Wolford to my attention.  In short, Bennett et al. show that if you don't use multiple comparisons correction, you can use fMRI to reveal brain activity in a dead fish!  This ads a whole new twist to the notion of fishing for results!
